Cancellation Policy
Out of courtesy to our guests and staff, if you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we kindly request a 48-hour notice.
Guests who do not honor their appointments or cancel with less than an 24-hour notice will be charged 50% (of the total price) of their treatment cost including spa packages or multiple appointments. No shows & same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
