Cancellation Policy
We totally get that life happens, but to keep things smooth for everyone, please give us a heads-up at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
If you cancel within 24 hours or don't show up, we'll have to charge you 50% of the service cost. And if you completely ghost us on the day of, it's 100% of the treatment cost. This applies to all our fabulous spa packages and multi-service appointments too.
