Cancellation Policy

To best accommodate all guests and staff a 48 hours notice is required for any rescheduling or cancelling. In the absence of adequate notice, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to the credit card or gift card used secure the appointment. No-Shows will also be charged 50% of the service cost.

Any group services or spa retreats will have an added 20% gratuity added to their total at checkout.

Any single guests receiving 3 or more services is considered a retreat.

Guests coming in with 3 or more in their party are considered a group.
